How can I buy it?

With quick registration, you will immediately have your cart available to purchase.
If you have problems with registration or with the order, write to info@glioridivenezia.it and we will provide you with all the necessary information.

Can I view my order after it has been sent? 

You will always be able to consult your order in the appropriate section within your account. 

Can I add to an order in progress? 

Unfortunately not, if you want other products in addition to those already ordered you will have to place a new order.
If the first order has not yet started and for convenience, you wish to receive the previous and the new order together, let us know in the order notes and we will do our best to make them start together.

How much is shipping?

Nothing, above a minimum order of 50 € with ValentinaBeads, shipments to customers are always free.

Shipping costs under € 50 are € 5.99

TIMES AND METHODS OF DELIVERY 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are generally delivered within 3 working days. There may be slightly longer times for delivery to areas not served daily by couriers.

We will send you an email with the shipping details as soon as your order has left, and with those, you can monitor the status of the shipment.

We always recommend that you consider making purchases for pre-Christmas delivery with a minimum of advance, because in the periods leading up to Christmas and other holidays the delivery times of couriers may vary due to the high amount of shipments in transit.

Who will deliver the order to me?

ValentinaBeads will deliver ValentinaBeads products in the hands of an express courier, who will deliver them to the address you indicated.

If you wish to enter a note for the courier (timetables, delivery to the concierge, etc.), fill in the appropriate field when placing the order. Please note that couriers need at least 3 consecutive hours of availability to make the delivery (i.e. you cannot ask them to pass, for example, between 9 and 10 in the morning, but between 9 and 12).

Can I buy it with a VAT number?

Of course, when registering, enter all the billing information and you will receive the invoice by email.

PROBLEMS AND RETURNS

  • DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

What should I do if a ValentinaBeads product arrives damaged?

If the product is delivered to you damaged contact us as soon as possible by email - indicate

the order number and attach images of the packaging and damaged goods.

If you notice that the outer packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, accept the goods

WITH RESERVE - do not refuse delivery by the courier, the refusal of delivery only

generates unnecessary delays. If the print turns out to be damaged, contact us by email within 5 working days, indicating the order number and attaching images of the packaging and the damaged goods.

We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm receipt of the complaint and will take action to replace your print.

If necessary we will ask you to pack the damaged product in the original packaging and we will arrange with you the passage of a courier who will return it to us.

What should I do if the product or size is wrong?

We at ValentinaBeads pay the most attention to the quality of the products shipped, but an error can always happen - if for any reason you have received a product other than the one ordered or if the size is not that required, send us an email to info@glioridivenezia.it remembering to specify the order number. We will take immediate action to get you a replacement product.

  • RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

What is it and how can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

The right of withdrawal is the right of a consumer to decide to return an item to the seller without giving any reasons. If you are a consumer, you can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days from the delivery of a product purchased via the internet.

The return of the goods to the seller is at the expense of the consumer. Remember that the product must be packed in its original packaging, or any case in suitable packaging, to return to our warehouses in perfect condition.

How and when will my money be returned to me?

As soon as we receive the product you have returned to us, we will check that it is in perfect condition and we will immediately proceed with the refund
